FAQ

Orders are processed 7 days a week and most orders will ship within 8-12 business days after your payment is authorized and verified this doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

No refunds are accepted. please see the Terms and Conditions exchange policy.

You will receive an email once your order has shipped with the shipping details. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service. Some orders with multiple items may have separate shipments. Orders are shipped via USPS, FED EX or UPS.

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to answer emails. During the time that it takes for your item to ship we will not be answering any shipping questions. If the item says it takes 2 weeks to ship and you still haven't received your item we would be more than happy to answer your shipping questions.

We accept all major credit cards/debit cards such as Visa, Discover, Mastercard etc. Afterpay is also accepted.

Our products and services are only offered to consumers in the United States, United States territories, and to the United States Military Bases. Unfortunately, we do not currently process orders outside of the United States.
